Take a look inside the Conconi Family Biodevice Foundry at the University of British Columbia (UBC).
Officially opened in November 2025 at UBC’s School of Biomedical Engineering, the Foundry was established with support from the Conconi Family Foundation to help accelerate biomedical innovation and strengthen BC’s life sciences research infrastructure.
By providing researchers with access to specialized technology, equipment and expertise, the Foundry aims to support the development of innovative biomedical technologies and help move promising research discoveries toward real-world healthcare applications.
