Providence Living is conducting quality-of-life surveys across its long-term care homes to hear directly from residents about their daily experiences. They’re capturing what matters, what’s working, what could be better, and how the new “Home For Us” model of care impacts everyday life. This feedback goes to senior leadership so the model can keep improving. It also ensures that residents’ experiences and quality of life stay at the centre of everything they do.
