RLCF Announces $200,000 Match Donation Conconi Challenge with Canuck Place Children’s Hospice

We’re excited to announce our new Conconi Challenge with the Canuck Place Children’s Hospice!

Starting June 9^th, RLCF will be matching dollar for dollar, $200,000 of donations received by Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, British Columbia’s recognized pediatric palliative care program, until July 31^st.

Over 600 newborns, children and teens with life-threatening illnesses and their families from across B.C. receive care from Canuck Place from two provincial hospice locations; Vancouver and Abbotsford. These services include clinical respite, pain and symptom management, 24-hour phone consultation support, recreation therapy, grief and loss counselling, and end-of-life care. With a specialized medical team and over 325 volunteers, Canuck Place supports the most vulnerable at their greatest time of need.

Canuck Place Children’s Hospice has given so much support, love and care to B.C. families over the past 20 years. We are excited to celebrate their 20^th anniversary with them and to partner with such a deserving organization as part of their growth for the future. By donating to the match challenge, you will be making twice the impact for the children and families of B.C. and helping to provide them with the critical care and support they need, when they need it most.

The Conconi Canuck Place Challenge will match dollar for dollar all donations made to Canuck Place through July 31. Donations can be made online by visiting canuckplace.org/conconichallenge or calling 1-800-882-2288.
