In 2019, the Conconi Family Foundation provided a challenge and innovation grant totalling $2M to the BC Cancer Foundation with the vision to raise the funds required to built and operationalize an Immunotherapy Lab. With the help of partners, we managed to turn our initial gift, into $5.5M. The Immunotherapy lab was built solely on philanthropic funds raised by the BC Cancer Foundation, the BC Cancer Agency, the Conconi Family Foundation, and thousands of generous donors from across BC.
